FOURTH GRADE RELIGION CURRICULUM

 

 

GOALS:

  1. Students will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the Law of  Love, the Beatitudes, and the Ten Commandments as guides for Christian living.
  2. Students will identify the laws of the Church.
  3. Students will act on the basis of accepting responsibility for their choices.
  4. Students will express knowledge and understanding of right and wrong, sin, the meaning of conscience, and virtue.
  5. Students will read and recall Scripture passages related to forgiveness.
  6. Students will express understanding and appreciation that through the Sacrament of Reconciliation they are truly forgiven.
  7. Students will respond to the Works of Mercy through actions and words.
