Registration Information

TUITION AND FEES
2008 - 2009

REGISTRATION
            A $150.00 per family fee is due at the time of registration.  The Registration Fee should be sent with the registration form and the financial commitment form to the School Office.  Registration will not be accepted without payment of the registration fee.  Current school families must register by February 22, 2008.  After that date, the registration fee is $200.00.   REGISTRATION FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE - NO EXCEPTIONS

TUITION
            Tuition for the 2008-2009 school year will begin July 2008 and continue through May 2009. Effective July 2008, all tuition payments will be made by electronic withdrawal from your checking or savings account.

TUITION PAYMENTS ARE NOT REFUNDABLE

       **According to IRS directives, no payment to the parish or school which is, expressly or impliedly, a pre-requisite, condition, requirement or expectation for a child to attend the school is considered a tax deductible contribution.  All such payments are considered to be tuition.**

PAST DUE TUITION
        On Monday, June 2, registration forms will be returned to all parents who have past due tuition payments from the 2007-2008 school year.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
       Catholic Family Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund applications for the 2008-2009 school year are now available at the parish office and will be mailed upon request. To be eligible, students must attend a Parochial Elementary School or an Archdiocesan, Regional or Parochial High School.  The due date for the application is April 1, 2008 and must include a copy of your 2007 Federal Income Tax Return. 

       Families requesting assistance from the Archdiocese and St. Paul Parish for the 2008-2009 school year must apply to the Catholic Family Tuition Assistance Endowment Fund.  If you have any questions, call Anne Aberle at the parish office, 636-343-1234, ext. 131.

SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
       Requests for tuition adjustments which become necessary during the school year due to extraordinary circumstances such as death of spouse, loss of employment, or catastrophic illness should be put in writing and sent to the Pastor.
