– Next Meeting: March 16th 7:30pm in the church basement

– Golf Signups: Online Registration for CYC golf will be the only way to register. It is open now with a deadline of Friday, February 26 for registering..

There will be an informational session held on Tuesday, February 16 at 6PM in the St. Paul Church basement. This is not mandatory, but will be an overview of the program with an opportunity to ask questions.

All players in the Junior League and one parent must attend a Golf Etiquette Session before they are allowed to participate in CYC golf. This will be held on March 11th at 7pm in the Sacred Heart-Valley Park gym. If you cannot make this night, there will be other sessions at CYC parishes (list to be added to website).

The CYC South Central Golf program will run from late March / April through June, with playoffs in late June.

The program is divided into two Leagues and both boys and girls are welcome to play:

• The Training League (for 2nd thru 4th grade includes six, one hour training sessions with a golf professional are included in this program and all skill levels are welcome. This will be held at Kirkwood Family Golf Complex on weeknights to be determined.
• The Junior League (for 5th thru 8th grade) includes teams of five to eight players (max) per grade / gender division who compete with other parishes in a team format. Six weeks of 9 hole league play plus three weeks of instruction with a golf professional are included in the program. The program is very flexible regarding tee times, so athletes are able to play another sport without fear of scheduling conflicts forcing them to choose one or the other!

Costs for the program will be $125 per player for the Junior program and $85 per player for the Training League. St. Paul Golf polo shirts will be provided for the Junior league and St. Paul golf tee shirts will be provided for the training league. A set of junior golf clubs will be required and cost typically $75 and up depending on the brand. These may be found at most stores that carry sporting goods.

– Baseball/Softball/T-Ball Signups: Registration dates are here. The Online Registration will be available on 1/08/2010 to signup. "In Person" sign-ups (Gym) will start on 01/24/2019. Go to the Online Registration for all of the dates and information.

PayPal is here. You can now pay using your PayPal account. No more checks to write. No more mailing the checks in. At the end of the registration process, you click on "Pay by PayPal", you log into your PayPal account and complete the payment.

If you don't have a PayPal account, click Setup PayPal account and set one up. It is very simple. Your PayPal account is secured and the money is credited to either your credit card or your bank account. You never have to enter your credit card on any website that accepts PayPal.

– Random Acts of Sportsmanship: CYC has a program to recognize teams or individuals with good sportsmanship. St. Paul is proud of the 3rd grade boys volleyball team coached by Tom and Bridgette Yehling and John Angelbeck, coach of St. Paul's Junior Girls soccer team for being recognized by this program.
